Iniciales on a Light bill from Mexico
I have a photocopy of a light bill that a friend of mine got while she was staying with a family in Mexico city. There are several initials for different line items on it, I'm assuming they are taxes or something similar. If anyone has any idea what these mean, I'd be grateful.
