es quiwicha si recuerdo correctamente. Un peruano me dijo que esa
semilla (como la semilla de quinoa) contiene proteina completa y era la
vianda de la civilizacion inkaica.

It's been widely said it has a lot of protein. I just find it very nice to eat instead of commercial-brand cereals.
