I live near a little community with small, local businesses that have fun little events all year long.

Could someone please check this if it's a correct translation:
vivo cerca de una pequeña comunidad con pequenas empresas locales que tienen eventos divertidos todo el año.

I think it's correct.

You may also say:
Vivo cerca de una pequeña comunidad con pequeños negocios locales, los cuales tienen eventos divertidos todo el año.

Is this correct
There is also a large open kitchen and the dining room. The dining room has a large table with many chairs and French doors that open onto the porch.

También hay una cocina amplia y el comedor. En el comedor hay una mesa grande con muchas sillas y puertas francesas que abren a el porche.
