¿Es (estar con hambre) igual que (tener hambre)?

Yes it could works here in México.

I'm hungry. Tengo Hambre
But the sentence or phrase more correct should be Tener hambre.

Tengo hambre.

I'm much hungry of money.

I'm hungry now, because I have not eaten nothing since the trip.

I hope those examples can be helpfulness for you and me too.

I'm familiar with ( tengo hambre) but ( estoy con hambre) is new to me!!
and I wasn't sure it means (I'm hunger)!!
Can I use (mucha) with it? like ( estoy con mucha hambre)

I'm much hungry.

I'm with hungry, I suppose that is the correct translation.

Estoy con mucha hambre.
