A couple of things here...
First we had 21º - i'm pretty sure you know that we don't use the verb have here and that you've temporarily forgotten that we would say It was 21º

And when was the last time you had a fag is OK in the UK, if you're asking about when was the last time you had a cigarette, but not in the USA, right Americans??!!

To answer the question I would say.
Dejé de fumar hace probablemente 10 años. Desde entonces he fumado 2 creo - pero todavía me apetece de vez en cuando ¿Te lo puedes creer??

Here4good - you are SO right. When she wrote that, I totally forgot that "fag" can mean "cigarette" in Britain. I interpreted that question as more than slightly x-rated.... That's why I didn't answer it. Um, I've NEVER done that.....

Anyway - you answered the question ... but I don't know that you asked another.... So, ask your question....
