See if you can add proper accent marks and punctuation to have the string make sense and ensure its proper intonation.

As for the 'como' quiz....

I got ¿Cómo como? Como como como. (only 5 of them) How do I eat? I eat how I eat. I couldn't quite get the 6th como

But you introduced a new form of cómo to me, the first one.

From this, I understand "cómo cómo..." can mean "what do you mean how..."
