I don't think it would necessarily help you find a job, but it may help you with a job you already have. Just last month I had to call a client in Mexico City and a secretary answered the phone who spoke no English at all. Instead of a lot of confusion and awkwardness I was able to reply to her questions in Spanish and politely (hopefully haha) ask for someone who spoke English.
My point is depending on your industry and location, it could be very helpful. |
