whenever I insert a character there is always a space before it. why is that?

it only happens when I use it in Microsoft Word.

I seem ubable to find it after I downloaded it - it downloads then disappears. I'm probably more stupid than I thought I was! Somebody tell me how open it, please.

Try again, but pay attention to what directory the file is being deposited...
