The word "should" is a strange animal. It can mean obligation. But I agree your translation is not only good, but probably better than mine.

No. Yours is better because is the correct one, however,when dealing with most people in Spanish de translation "should" be debería or debiera instead of debe "must" which is a real obligation. Something like yes or yes...

You're right it can be ambiguous. Sometimes I translate like this:
You must ... Tienes que ... Estás obligado a ... Tienes la obligación de ...

I'm with Tomisimo, debieras and deberías as synonym. (for me debieras is ok, not common but correct)
