You have tried with the Nero Covert with that software I could to covert and record movies spoken in English, and well just that application has the feature that you can translate some parts of the movie in the language that you need, but first later of have downloaded the software and installed in your computer, you will need to download the codecs convert, which they are the have the ability of translate the conversation of a language to other language.
