No lo entiendo, ¿cómo se puede graduarla así?

PD: ¿Quizás así es "1.200 litros por metro cúbico?
PD2; No lo que dije no tiene razón.... ¿Quizás "1.200 litros por metro cuadrado?
Después un grande búsqueda encontré eso

1.200 litros de precipitación por metro cuadrado iguala "1.200 milímetros"

Aunque , no estoy completamente seguro
