Should it be? (es una pregunta) this same to Seria?

¿Sería...? = Could it be...?
¿Debe ser...? = Should it be...?

Usualmente los verbos en el condicional debe traducir a (would)

Querría un gato = I would like a cat
¿Serías mi amigo? = Would you be my friend?

Espero que te ayudes, si no me entiendes pédime por más ayuda amigo

Sorry to disagree, but the word would is associated with the conditional mood/tense, or the subjunctive mood. Use a form of the verb poder to say could.

The literal translation would be: ¿Debería ser? or But usually we don't ask it like this, but we use the negative:

¿No debería ser?
¿No sería? (most common)

¿No sería "arrive in" en lugar de "arrive to"?

This is the most common way we asked the question. We can't translate everything literally, but we should know the way something is said in another language.

No podemos traducirlo todo literalmente, pero tenemos que saber cómo se dice algo en otro idioma.

I hope it'll be helpful and I wish everything is well written
