I agree with Rusty, I'd say:
¡Provecho!/¡Buen provecho! = Bon appetit/Enjoy your meal. ¡Qué aproveche! = Take advantage of it!/Make good use of it! ¡Provechito! = Enjoy your nice little meal! (with a slightly sarcastic tone) / Look what you guys are eating! etc (Provechito probably has many different meanings to many different people)

David tried and got a deductive explanation. Not to repeat what David said, I will try an inductive one. So, we’ll start from the examples, and the rules will easily come out (I hope). Let’s try to fill the gaps with qué or cuál. Notice that in some of them there are two possibilities. These are the most interesting, because you cannot explain them only through a formal explanation, that’s to say, it’s not an exigency of the structure, but also a semantic or, at least, stylistic choice of the speaker.
¿________ hay para comer? ¿________ de los dos te gusta más? ¿________ tienes ahí? ¿________ película vamos a ver? Ponen Superman, Locademia de policía... ¿________ vamos a ver? ¿________ más? ¿________ tienes? ¿________ piensas? ¿________ sugieres? ¿________ quieres?

I think leyendario is an alternate spelling, and certainly alabanzas is the
correct word that did not occur to me when I wrote my last post. Thanks, David
