No nowadays I've not a dog, I had a many dogs before, but I had very bad luck with them, already that they died, they got a diseases that the veterinary can't cure.

Esto tiene gracia en inglés porque las palabras tienen múltiples significados. En este caso:

to run = (pies) correr; (nariz) gotear
to smell = (pies) oler mal; (nariz) olfatear

Así que:

If your nose runs and your feet smell ... you may be upside down.
Si tu nariz gotea (corre) y tus pies huelen mal (olfatean), puede que estés boca abajo (con los pies para arriba).
