El vicio saca de quicio quiere decir que el vicio no se puede parar y acarrea problemas. Alguien puede ayudar con algo similar en inglés?

I would translate it something like this:

El vicio saca de quicio.
Addictions are very annoying.
Your bad habits really bug me.
(literally) Vices drive you crazy.
If you find something wrong with my Spanish, please correct it!
