To try to help you

Seria: To try to help you , may I have you name again please?

Sería: To try to help you, may I have your name again, please?
"I'll try to help you. May I have your name again, please?"

"I'll try to help you. Could I get your name, please?"
"I'm sure I can help you. Could I get your name?"
"I'd be happy to help you. What's your name?"
