Significa la condición de una persona que es víctcma a otra persona parlanchina que no termine de hablar.
ejemplo: On the bus ride, the person stranger next to me, starting talking to me all the way to Philadelphia. She chewed my ear off!

I would say:
Ella no dejó de hablar ...
... ni un (solo) momento.
... todo el rato.

Ella hablaba y hablaba. (Todos los pasajeros del autobús querían que se callara.)

Ella hablaba sin cesar.

I don't understand that sentence.

Please. Could you explain better the sentence.?

I suppose that it's should are so:

Today. In my home, Just I was talking with a roomate but, she never finish of talk about your home that it was painted blue color, such she was during three hours, and never she chewed my ear off.

I hope that my example is good.

La frase (she) chewed my ear off se dice cuando alguien no puede dejar de hablar. The phrase (she) chewed my ear off is said when someone can't stop talking.

Así que, en tu ejemplo, cuando dices que la chica no dejaba de hablar por tres horas, de verdad she chewed your ear off.

Usual here is "hablar por los codos"
other option is "me dejó la cabeza como un bombo", that is, "at the end my head was like a drumm" (that she has repeated beated)
