Dispuesto/listo

I think they are not always interchangeable.

Estoy dispuesto viajar. Besides meaning ready to travel, does it mean I'm open to the prospect of traveling?

I suspect listo and dispuesto don't always have the same meaning. Can someone clarify this?

"Dispuesto" implies "willing" and "open" to traveling.

"Listo" means ready (even if you are not willing to travel...)

¡Felices fiestas navideñas, Poli!

ready
no creo que esté listo a tiempo — I don't think it'll be ready on time
la comida ya está lista — the food's ready
¡preparados / (River Plate) prontos, listos, ya! — ready, set, go!
listo para algo
¿estás listo para salir? — are you ready to go?
el avión estaba listo para el despegue — the plane was ready for takeoff
