Dar de lleno

My dictionary gives de lleno = fully
el sol le daba de lleno en la cara the sun was full on his face

Un balón puede darte de lleno en la cara, te la golpea de lleno queire decir entera, sin dejar un espacio sin golpear.
Acertar de lleno, en una quiniela , es ganar el premio, tb en lotería, concursos etc
Haber un lleno en un cine- No había asientos.
Son los ejemplos que se me ocurren con de lleno. Es más bien un enfatizador.

"dar de lleno"-"to hit fully", physical o metaphorical
more examples
"España se ha dado de lleno con la crisis"
"Juan ha dado de lleno con la quiniela, 15 de 15" -usually "tuvo un pleno"-
A pesar de estar en una zona desértica, la tormenta dio de lleno en el lago"
