Regional Mexican Songs

When I hear a song, whether I like the music or not, I pay attention to the words to see if I can understand all of the words; and if I don’t understand all of the words, I make an effort to find the meanings online. Unfortunately, many times I'm unsure of the meanings even after searching online.

I heard this song today (Un Amor Como Este), by Grupo Firme, but I don’t understand what “jálese” means when one of the singers says it to the other singer:

¡Jálese, compa Luis R Conriquez!
¡Y puro Grupo Firme, pariente!
Ahí te va, chiquita batallosa

And I also don’t understand what “tan pelada” or “enchiladas” means in this verse:

Me vas a extrañar
Olvidarme no está tan pelada
No son enchiladas dejar de pensar en mí

Other than these words, I understand the song.

I would appreciate someone giving me the translations/meanings of these words.

Jálase probably means pull yourself together.
Pelada means kid (as in child), and that can be extended to kid stuff. (losing me ain't gonna be kid's stuff. (as in, wont be easy)
Enchilada rhymes with pelada, and is used for that reason alone.

These songs have a lot of slang from the north of the country, which is rather obscure to me, but I'll try.

"Jálate"/"jálese" may be used when you are asking someone to come over or to get closer.
Also, if it's a song, it's probably asking the other person to start singing. Some people ask the mariachis (or other live musicians) "¡Jálense!" for them to start playing their music.

As for "no son enchiladas": This is not regional slang, this is used in all of Mexico.
I don't know who thought that cooking enchiladas was an effortless task, but this expression is used to say that something is not as easy to do as cooking enchiladas.

I don't know that usage of "estar pelada".
"Pelado(a)" may mean a child, as Poli said, but in this case it's not a noun. From the context, this would be something like "forgetting about me won't be simple", since he's hooked on repeating he's unforgettable.
