Chuchulukos (chuchuluco)
Has anyone heard of the word - Chuchulukos?
It is a slang word for snacks that is used in Tijuana, I just wondered if it is used anywhere else. |

Yes!
Anything that is considered a snack is considered a chocholuko (sp?), chips, panecitos, candies, etc. I thought it was a funny word when I first heard it, along with a million others, but I do believe it is mostly used in Mexico.

The word is chuchuluco and is defined as Elaina says-- any type of snack-- chips, candy, etc. It's used in Mexico (I've heard it in Mexico City, Cuernavaca, Puebla etc.), I don't know about anywhere else.
