De las cuales

I want to say:

The EU comprises 27 countries with 23 different official languages, from which only three are considered working languages.

or

... only three of which are considered...

I think the second one is better, but... Thanks.

So do I, because the first one is wrong.

You could also say.... of which only three... (but I prefer yours)

Like one of the Mafalda's strips said,

I.e., (or like the Muppet at the end of the "To Morrow" song) "I don't get it!"

Can someone explain?

Simplified Mercedes motor: "From which" has been found wrong and "of which" is preferred as the right expression.

(Irmamar)
I changed "of" into "from".

If it's any consolation, I didn't understand what he was talking about either.
