Need to know meaning
Hi,
I need to know what this means..... "como tu quieras, pero si tengo mucho sueno." I know the last part means they were very sleepy but what does the first part mean? Thanks for any help! I am really eager to learn more spanish! |

I think it's better: "as you wish"

como tu quieras, pero si tengo mucho sueno.
Another good option might be "whatever you want, but I am really tired". In the movie "Princess Bride", the line "as you wish" is translated "como desees".

yes, but remember with those kinds of personal feelings, i.e. hunger, thirst, tired, etc. the phraseology is in that form of 'tengo, tiene, etc.'

Yes, you're right because the OP left the accent mark off the word sí (yes).
So "pero sí tengo" would be "but I do have", and in this case, since we're dealing with tener sueño, it would be "but I am tired".
