As far as I know input is a noun. Dato, información would be good translations.

My dictionary says that input can also be a verb = entrar, so

entrar y leer

Meter, poner, contribuir podrían ser también algunas ideas afines.

You see it's hard to provide an exact translation for those isolated words... What is the exact context and meaning of what you mean, adfsdu?

Are you talking about files? Then they would be:

De entrada y lectura.

Output and write would be: de salida y escritura.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds to me so much...

Here is the context for "input and read": input some words into MS word document and read them out.

And the input and read are verbs. Is "entra y hablar" OK? Thanks!

Correct, however, for me this input is to write -escribir y hablar (leer en voz alta) perhaps just read - leer

I agree with chileno:

"Escriba palabras en el documento de MS Word y léalas"
