Commas and beginning prepositions

Hola I'll try to write this thread primarily in Spanish, so of course, please correct me if needed.

Bueno. Me pregunto si es necesario (o preferido) escribir la coma después de un (prepositional phrase?) que empieza la frase. Por ejemplo...

1A) Según él el avión va a llegar tarde.
1B) Según él, el avión va a llegar tarde.

2A) Con ella es imposible ganar esta competencia.
2B) Con ella, es imposible ganar esta competencia.
