Lo fría

Encontré el siguiente al leer un artículo en español y no puedo imaginar por qué se escribió "lo fría" en vez de "lo frío".
Cuéntanme por favor.

"¿Tienes una novia que se queja constantemente de lo fría que está la casa...?"

Y como siempre, me encantaría si me señalara los errores.

Gracias.

The words 'fría que está la casa' go together (la casa está fría); the neuter article makes the whole idea a noun. Don't let that final 'o' confuse you; the adjective that follows the neuter article still agrees with the noun it modifies, in gender and number. Por ejemplo:
'A pesar de lo frescas que están sus aguas, ...'

Thank you. I never knew.

"Cuéntenme" (if you are thinking in "ustedes") or "contadme" (vosotros).
