When someone believes he is speaking in English and in fact is mimicking Spanish features using English words, we say he speaks "Brutish English".

Pound libra, golpe.

Hi crotalito.
I'ts only a joke. You use the literal meaning of an english word in a spanish sentence.

más Brutish English --> Inglés en bruto, Brutánico
When do you pounds? -->translation word to word --> ¿Cuando libras?--> ¿Cuando tienes vacaciones?
I book tomorrow --> Yo libro mañana --> Mañana tengo un día libre.

Sadly, I suddenly understood it in a flash about 24 hours later. Hilarious.

Wow... I take Spanish speakers would get it faster... although when I first read it... I also pondered for a little bit...

Brutish English has things like,

Monalisa = Monkeyflat (Instead of Mona Lisa)
Telepatía = TV for the aunt (instead of telepathy)
Patológico = Logical duck (instead of Pathological)
Candidato = Dog say datum (instead of candidate)

If = Si / Yes = Sí
Between = Entre / Come in = Entre (entrar)

If, if, between = Si, si, entre.
