"te ha dado muy fuerte"

"te ha dado muy fuerte"

íHola!
Esta expresión "te ha dado muy fuerte", fue el comentário de una persona cuando un amigo le contó que estaba enamorado de una persona maravillosa, increíble, etc.
Creo que lo comprendo, pero me gustaría saber si hay alguna otra expresión más sencilla que la "traduzca" .
