Una calentamiento de la cabeza

Hola, ¿Tiene algiuen una calentamiento (warm up) para ayudar a pensar en español o inglés la cabeza, (depende en lo que estudias)

Encuentro que después de traducir unas frases , puedo esuchar y entender mejor al español.

Solamente me pregunto si tienes un rutino
