¿Le parece?

¿Le parece?

I've seen it to mean, is that OK with you?

I would always say ¿Le parece bien?

Is Le parece commonly used?

Yes, it's very commonly used. "Le/te parece bien" can be used every time you ask for an opinion; the only difference is that it may sound more polite.

- Primero vamos al cine y después vamos a cenar. ¿Te parece?
- ¿Le parece si entramos a la casa y hablamos tranquilamente?
- Vamos a firmar el contrato lo más pronto posible. ¿Les parece?
- Hemos tenido mucha suerte en los negocios juntos. ¿Te parece que formalicemos una sociedad formal?
