Quick translation help!

Hey I just have a quick excerpt that I need help translating. My Spanish isn't very good so I can't do most of it on my own. Thanks in advance!

I'm very excited and happy thinking about the family I want to someday have with you. I love you and am so proud of who you're becoming. I can't wait to spend next year's Valentine's Day with you in person. See you soon
