Arrow Ocupa uno de los primeros puestos en la lista

COmo puedo traducir esta frase en Inglés?

El ocupa uno de los primeros puestos en la lista, pero el año que viene se crean listas nuevas, y puede que todo cambie.

He's at the top of my list, but next year new lists are made and everything could change.

"the" instead of "my" no? because he said "en la" and no "en mi"

It's very common for us to say 'my list'. In Spanish, this translates as the definite article (except for I've noticed that Mexicans tend to use mi, even in a reflexive sentence). If we are referencing someone else's list (not ours), we say 'the' list (or we use an appropriate pronoun).
So, if Robin had someone else's list in mind, then yes, 'the' list is a correct translation. If he had his own list in mind, then 'my' list is the correct translation.

Rusty in this case when the sentence always is speaking about any list or to music, you understand me right?

Well I need to use necessary the word top.

And well if I want to use first place of the list.

It's correct the sentence.?

It´s a lista de empleo, then it´s at the list. How do you say " lista de empleo". In Spain people take an exam to work for the STATE. ANd with the results of the exam they make a list and according to the points you get you occupy a number or other and they call you to work according to the number you have on the list.

lista de empleo = employment list

He's at the top of the list (employment list), but things could change next year.
