(está) escrito correctamente= (is it) written correctly
qué significa en inglés = what does it mean in English

¿Fue usted que (yo) vi en la tienda hace dos días? porque Me miraba a mí, pero (yo) no sabía quien era.
-or-
¿Fuiste tú que (yo) vi en la tienda hace dos días? porque Me mirabas a mí, pero (yo) no sabía quien eras.

The first two sentences use the formal 2nd person (you started out that way, but shifted to the informal 2nd person in the next sentence).
The alternate sentences use the informal 2nd person throughout.
They both mean:
Was it you I saw two days ago in the store? You were looking at me, but I didn't know who you were.
