Tocayo
When two people have the same name we call them tocayos, how can we say in English . Somos tocayos meaning we have the same name.

Then we should just use "we have/share the same name"... To be "tocayos" in Spanish is only a coincidence of name between unrelated persons.
Unless it's a joke, we wouldn't say that a father and his son are "tocayos".
