Reclamar
Thank you. |

Complain about the mark which they gave you if you think it wasn't fair. They imposed a fine (They fined me) and I had to appeal until they gave me my money back. Customers are advised to complain (make a complaint) about any imperfections in the garments purchased. |

Thank you, so complain seems the most suitable, what about claim that appears in dictionaries in the first place. How do you use it?

I guess the closest in Spanish would be, pedir.

I think so. Also, you could use "demand", right?
Oxford Superlex gives you a bunch of examples, that might be of use for you, reclamar a «persona» ‹derecho/indemnización› to claim [your rights/compensaition]; (con insistencia) to demand; si no reclama el pago dentro de seis meses = if you do not claim payment within six months; reclamó su parte de los beneficios = he claimed his share of the profits; los manifestantes reclamaban el derecho al voto = the demonstrators were demanding the right to vote; el enfermo reclamaba constantemente atención = the patient was constantly demanding attention «situación/problema» to require, demand; la situación reclama mucho tacto = the situation calls for o requires a great deal of tact; estos problemas reclaman soluciones inmediatas = these problems need to be sorted out immediately, these problems require o demand immediate solutions reclamar - to complain; tiene derecho a reclamar si no está satisfecho = you have the right to complain o to make a complaint if you are not satisfied; reclamó ante los tribunales = she took the matter to court; reclamé contra la multa = I appealed against the fine |

¿Se usa reclamo en los aeropuetos para el carousel donde se va a buscar bagajes facturados?
En UK se escribe baggage reclaim en EEUU se escribe baggage claim. Creo que el uso inglés suena más correcto.

That is because reclaim is the correct use of the word. It means to call back something which you once had, which is the case for your luggage. To claim something means to apply for something you did not have, such as a prize or a victory. (So baggage claim means to select somebody else's baggage. )
