Question Early to bed, early to rise

As said by B. Franklin, and translated by Cambridge Klett,

early to bed and early to rise (makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise) (proverb) a quien madruga, Dios le ayuda

My version to translate is a but funnier,
"Early to bed and early to rise... Makes a man wealthy and socially dead.”

There is another antidote against waking up early:
No por mucho madrugar amanece más temprano.
