"Se dice "tener frio" en español para significar "I am cold"

¿Cómo se dice "to get cold"?

Sé que se dice "enfriarse" para comida por ejemplo pero para una persona no lo sé

"Sit on the rug otherwise you'll get cold"
"Siéntate en la alfombra si no tendrás frio" o "si no te enteras frio"????

"Are you feet cold?"
"Tienes los pies frios?" o "Tienes frio en los pies?"

Puede usar "coger frío" (como "enfriarse"), "resfriar" (para aludir a las posibles consecuencias), "congelarse" (no literalmente).

Entonces se dice "Siéntate en la alfombra si no cogerás frio" "Sit on the rug otherwise you'll get cold"

"Are you feet cold?"
"Tienes los pies frios?" o "Tienes frio en los pies?" (¿Está bien dicho?)

Sí, ambos lo están. Y acuérdese de añadir los signos de aperturas pertienentes. No entiendo por qué lo hace dentro del inciso y no en la traducción.
