How can we say when we suddenly feel very bad and the only chance to get seen by a doctor is to a hospital to the emergency room?

In UK

I need to go to “A” and “E” . This would be the most common thing to say.

Then
I need to go to Accidents and emergencies.

In the UK I have never heard anyone say “emergency room” but I am sure it would be understood.
I think that is American English.

tk421 is right that "emergency room" is commonly used in the US; it refers to one of 2 types of facilities that provide unscheduled medical care. The other type of facility is the "urgent care center".

Emergency rooms (or emergency departments) are facilities that are open on a continous basis to provide unschedule medical treatment to patients with injuries or illnesses that are life-threatening and who need to receive treatment as quickly as possible.

Urgent care centers are facilities that usually are open during scheduled hours (that is, they are not open continuously) to provide unscheduled medical treatment to patients with injuries or illnesses that require immediate treatment but that are not severe enough to require a trip to the emergency room.

Aquí es sala de urgencias/emergencias.

Aunque en general se dice llevar a alguien a Urgencias.
