Hola amigos :

Esta es una expresión utilizada cuando una persona no se ducha "ni a tiros".

¿ Cómo podría decirse en inglés ? Supongo que no tendría mucho sentido.
¿ " You wash yourself less than a car underneath" o algo parecido ?

Muchas otras comparativas graciosas existen , que no sabría decir adecuadamente , como "Eres mas feo que un frigorífico por detrás".
¿ "You're uglier than the rear side of a fridge" ?

You are as ugly as the back end of a bus.

That's a common UK one. but I can't think of an equivalent for your underside of a car.

No conozco una expresión en inglés, pero me recuerda este chistecito de Eugeni:

"Dice que era un legionario... hacía veinte años que llevaba un tatuaje en el brazo, en eso que se encuentra a un amigo y este le dice:

--No lo sé."

The closest term I can think of in English is ripe as in you smell ripe. This refers to cheese not an orange I assume.
