Adjetivos masculinos/femininos en combinación?

Question Adjetivos masculinos/femininos en combinación?

Vaya.. Voy a intentar hacer esta pregunta en español (me siento valiente por un ratito..). ¡Como siempre agradezco las correcciones!

Siempre tengo dudas sobre el sexo que se tiene que utilizar en estos casos:
Por ejemplo:

"Aquí hay otro tipo de isla poquito más linda y tranquila".

Esto es correct o no? Quiero decir que la isla sea más linda y tranquila, pero he escrito 'el tipo de isla' .. ¿entonces debe ser 'lindo y tranquilo'?

O es que los ambos son posibles? Hay una diferencia en el significado cuando se utiliza 'lindo y tranquilo' en lugar de 'linda y tranquila'?

Otro ejemplo:

' Las muchachas quedan bonitas, a pesar de sus vestidos sucios'

pero:' Las muchachas y sus vestidos quedan sucios' Porque se trata de una palabra femenina y una masculina, ¿entonces se tiene que utilizar el adjetivo masculino?

Y cuando por ejemplo se trata de una palabra en el singular y una en el plural, por ejemplo:

Me gustan mucho los sitios antiguos culturales y la gente amable -->
Me gustan much los sitios antiguos, las ciudades y la gente bonitos?

Es decir, aunque hay una palabra femenino singular y una femenina plural, ¿se utiliza el adjetivo masculino plural cuando se quiere decir que los tres son 'bonitos' ?

¿O tendría que / sería mejor que escribirlo y decirlo de una manera diferente?

PD oops, ya veo es 'femenino/a' ..
