Man Flu

Man Flu is what we women say men get when all they really have is a slight cold - the man is exaggerating his symptoms in the same way as he might claim to have a brain tumour when all he really has is a bit of a headache.

Is there a Spanish version?

Gripe de hombre maybe?!

I don't think there is a term like "man flu" in Spanish. But I agree with you.

Man flu doesn't exist in Spanish.
You only have to say I'm flu.
Tengo gripa.
Estoy agripado.

It's everything.
