(the most similar to yours I think) or for example:

Both, in the second you can add "por favor" too. I would use something similar to the first one.

it's a little imperative that way, not with courtesy.

(I'm not friendly with the "buffet" thing so I don't know witch will be the best way)

(traer la cuenta para Ud.)
¿Podríantraerme la cuenta?

Come and visit the ruins of the Aztec civilization!
It's right, but a more exact one would be:

My tooth hurts!
¡Mi diente duele!

Don't touch that!
¡No toques eso!

Take it easy! Take it easy!
??? Help please? (Will go look in the idioms forum as well)

This depends on the context. In a neutral situation I'll translate it as:
Take it easy: Tómalo con calma.

If not:
Take it easy, we are almost there: Tranquilo, ya casi estámos allí.
Take it easy buddy! (like see you): Ten cuidado / Que te sea leve / etc.

Let's say nothing!
Digamos que nada!
¡No digamos nada! (I'm not sure, but literally I think is right)

Muchas gracias!
