Job description: Cashier
Duties: Experienced in ???????

I don't know the institution, but imagine it must be a bank since valores probably pertain more to high finance than a store cashier would be dealing with. Or could it possibly have something to do with moral values?

Completely new term for me!

Any ideas?

There are lots of possible translations.

If it's talking about someone like a bank teller handling money, possible translations are:

* cash handling
* cash management
* cash counting/verification

If it's more in general as in any cashier who runs a cash register, it could be referring to something like:

* cashier balancing
* opening & closing out the till
* counting down / balancing a cash register

"Entrega de valores" also appears to be a term used by armored transport companies, as in:

EDIT: Based on Rusty's idea of "delivery of value", it looks like entrega de valor (singular) is a good translation for "adding value" in terms of customer/client relations with a business.
