En cuento a

 

An idiom is an expression whose meaning is not readily apparent based on the individual words in the expression. This forum is dedicated to discussing idioms and other sayings.

En cuento a

I know this term is used frequently, but I stay away from it for fear of getting it wrong. Does it mean en torno a exclusively. Is there a difference in the usage or meaning?
