Yes, it like to here in my country the patrons saints are celebrated in communities and doesn't they in city, for instance in my city there's a celebration La virgen del carmen to in another place it doesn't celebrate in beside of the others states where it doesn't celebrate, therefore you say about the celebration is very true considering opt for any celebration in different places.
