Difference between these two sentences?
Hi, I'm wondering what the difference between these two sentences are?
Quiero darle tu un buen masaje. Quiero darte un buen masaje. Thanks. Last edited by Liquinn3; June 07, 2013 at 11:11 AM. |

They are not phrases, they are sentences. Frase = sentence

I'd say the first one is completely wrong, but the second is ok. You have to decide whether to use the personal form or the polite form. The first sentence uses a mixture, because darle is polite, but you use tu where I think anyway you should have a tí. But don't take my word for it.

I think so. You know, apart from the grammar, I'd be very careful about this kind of topic. These things always have some undertones which do not always translate correctly from one language to another. I have some qualification in massage, and I can tell you that no matter how serious and genuine you are, asking a woman whether she would like a massage can get you into all kinds of trouble. Been there, done that.
