Cómo se dice...

"I'll come now" or "I'll leave now"

Por ejemplo mi niño está en cole pero no se encuentra bien, así que alguien en el cole me ha llamado para decirme que venga a recogerlo. Y quiero decir esas frases.

"Voy ahora" "Saldré ahora"

Voy ahora, ahora voy or voy ahora mismo (right now) are OK.
Salgo ahora, ahora salgo, voy a salir ahora/ me voy.
