In the long run

How do you say thin in Spainish. Here's an example of turn of phrase in context: Things look bad today, but things may change for the better in the long run.

I know you can use en el futuro , but is there a dicho?

I was going to say "a largo plazo", but it's already in Rusty's
Saludos

There's this one: "ya con el tiempo".

Ya con el tiempo, las cosas mejorarán.
