Smile Contrato de Divorcio

Hello my friends, I need your help once again with a contract of divorce. There are (2) questions here. Can you please tell me what you understand this to be saying? I don't understand what MEDICA means here. Thank you all!

...without being able to re-marry between themselves...

Would that help?

Yes it does! That is what I got out of it, but the real teaser for me is the 2nd question on the use of the word medica. Thank you Chileno

Oh, that means "prescribe/recommend". I would not have used "medica".
