Mi abuelo y yo hemos ido a pescar hoy.
Mi abuelo y yo hemos ido pescar hoy.

Mi abuelo y yo fuimos a pescar hoy.
Mi abuelo y yo fuimos pescando hoy.

My grandfather and I went fishing today.
